EM Business Office

The EM Business Office plays a critical role within the Division of Enrollment Management. The office strives to provide excellent customer service to the students and their families in support of the university’s mission to transform lives through education, research, innovation, and service. Additionally, the team assists in a variety of behind-the-scenes operational responsibilities, such as budgeting, purchasing, onboarding, Workday training, and managing computer-related inventory.

How do I get reimbursed?
Expense Reports

Creating and submitting an Expense Report in Workday is the process used to request reimbursement for expenses incurred on behalf of the University (e.g., airfare, lodging, and per diem).

How do I make a purchase?
Purchase Orders

Prior to making a purchase of a good or service, new suppliers must apply and be approved to be included in the supplier website called the UMarketplace. A purchase requisition must then be requested and submitted. Once all approvals are obtained, a purchase order is issued, and the information is sent to the vendor (supplier). Purchase orders allow payment to the supplier.
