Operations

Enrollment Management (EM) Operations provides operational support to the Office of Undergraduate Admission, Office of Student Financial Assistance and Employment, Department of International Student and Scholar Services, and the 'Cane Success Center.

The EM Operations department’s goal is to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of document and application processing in order to provide high-quality service to undergraduate students and other EM departments. The department is organized into five work teams, each led by a team manager. Our Data and Dissemination team is responsible for decision notifications and loading of prospective student data received from various outside sources. The Records and Document Intake teams manage the workflow for the undergraduate applications and incoming documents that are sent in support of those applications. The Transfer Evaluation team is responsible for the transfer credit evaluation of incoming freshman and transfer applicants as well as continuing University of Miami students who have taken coursework at other institutions. Lastly, the Student Service team provides excellent customer assistance through phone and email to prospective and current students.
